Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions for complex millwork, glass and metal assemblies
- Produce and review shop drawings and BIM models
- Run value engineering exercises with production teams
- Specify materials and coordinate prototypes and mock-ups
- Support factory and site teams during production and installation
What we are looking for
- Obsessive about tolerances and junctions
- Able to explain technical decisions to designers and clients
- Fluent in 3D modelling and detailing workflows
- Curious about materials and finishing processes
Qualifications
- 4+ years in design engineering for interiors, joinery or facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit
- Understanding of manufacturing constraints across multiple materials
