You take ownership of luxury retail and corporate fit-out packages from mobilisation to handover, coordinating production, logistics and site teams across multiple territories.

Responsibilities
- Own programme, cost and quality outcomes for assigned projects
- Coordinate between design engineering, production and installation teams
- Chair client and consultant progress meetings
- Manage site mobilisation, sequencing and handover documentation
- Escalate and resolve technical and commercial risks early

- Fluent in technical drawings and shop details
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
- Precise written and verbal communication
Qualifications
- 6+ years in fit-out, joinery or interior construction delivery
- Degree or diploma in construction, engineering or a related field
- Experience with international retail roll-outs is an advantage
